Before you start it is important to assess your health. Doctors recommend that you have a check up with a health professional if any of these situations exist:
1) You are over 65 years old.
2) You have not exercised in more than a year.
3) You have had heart problems or any other significant medical illness.
4) You have not had a physical in the past 12 months.

When you are ready to start, get together with your group and sign up below, or on your own.

After you log on look for Mobile’s Million Miles and sign yourself up or your group. You will get a username and password which will allow you to enter your mileage, and your miles will be added to the total mileage for our community.

More importantly you will be able track your mileage as you walk-jog-run-bike-swim your way to health!
